Once I paid and arrived at my hotel, she stopped responding for 4 hours. She finally called claiming she fell asleep and promised to meet at 9:00 AM the next morning instead. Morning came and she slept in again.

When I had to head back to work, I requested a refund for services not rendered. She has repeatedly refused to return the money and is trying to force me to accept a rescheduled session instead.

Absolute flake. Do not send deposits or upfront money to this provider—she will keep your cash and make excuses.
