WHY CREATE A GENERIC PLAN THAT DOES NOT:
a) fit into your schedule
b) meet your specific goals

my schedule is extremely flexible and so is my travel. ( work out oif a gym of your choice or at your home...if there isnt enough space...we will make space!!!)
