We are conducting the first Canadian study of communication and technology use between people involved in the industry. Recent legislative changes have targeted the print and online spaces where services are advertised and communication takes place; our aim is to better understand how people in and out of the industry use these spaces and how technologies (computers, phones, websites, etc.) are used to communicate. We wish to invite both WORKERS and their CLIENTS to participate.If you have experience SELLING services, take part. If you have experience PURCHASING services, take part.
