ACCOUNT MANAGER : TELEVISION SALES
Rogers Media Winnipeg is a leader in providing comprehensive marketing plans to help businesses grow. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our winning team. The right person will be a self:starter with excellent people skills and must win attitude. He/she enjoys a challenge and understands that with hard work come great rewards. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will innovate and grow existing client relationships plus develop new business opportunitiesas an Account Manager for City.
:Prospect and develop new business.
:Provide marketing ideas to grow existing and newclient spendthrough airtime and digital sales.
:Manage and support all aspects of the client relationship : proposals, contracts, creative and collections.
:Meet quarterly and annual budget targets.
:Operate within the Rogersguidelines and code of ethics.
:Minimum3 yearsin direct sales experience (media preferred).
:Strong prospecting, presentation and closing abilities.
:Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
:Self:starter with energy, ideas, discipline and enthusiasm.
:Able to work independently; yet a strong team player.
:Able to multi:task in a fast paced environment.
:Computer competency a must, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
:Working knowledge in Television measurement systems, S4M and Salesforce an asset.
