:Define and develop network service architecture for end:to:end video service.
:Develop technical requirements and service flows, based on business requirements for next gen video service.
:Provide expert level troubleshooting support.
:Provide technical leadership for large and complex network initiatives, with focus on execution and delivery of all program phases, from inception to FOA.
:Work in coordination with Technology Development platforms and services groups to ensure technology direction and architecture guidelines are maintained, including architecture specifications and evaluation and selection of key vendor technologies.
:Work closely with Product Management on business requirements management process.
:Ensure the balance between cost, delivery timelines and business/architecture compliance is achieved across all program phases and across all delivery organizations.
:10+ years of leadership experience with large telecom operator or vendor in leading large and technically complex projects.
:Technology knowledge: Demonstrated experience in designing and developing end:to:end video solutions for the key service categories of LTV, VoD, nDVR, Client Applications, Advertising and the system domains of content acquisition/ingestion and processing, content delivery, security (DRM) and client:backend integration/relationship.
:System domain knowledge: architecture frameworks and functional and logical service capabilities/relationships. Mapping of functional and logical capabilities and relationships. Definition of quality (fault, performance) boundaries.
:Experience with business case development and cost ysis.
:Role based competencies: Client satisfaction, Customer service orientation, Impact and Influence, Building strategic working Relationships, Gaining commitment, Decision making.
