As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in the Digital Customer practice you will focus on transforming how our clients interact with their customers in the digital age across sales, marketing and service. The roles and responsibilities for the Digital Customer Consultant/Senior Consultant are to provide professional and effective technical consulting services that includes:
:Developing applications with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies from design through to testing and deployment;
:Providing advice and direction regarding Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities and functions to customer organizations;
:Building positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of customers business and project scope;
:Identifying potential opportunities for additional revenue generation;
:Developing ytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction;
:Identifying and communicating conflicts or issues to Project Manager or Team leader;
:Assisting in the development of client proposals;
:Participating in practice initiatives (functional/technical ysis, do entation development, trade booth participation etc.).
: Candidates must be able to work in English
:Minimum 2 years' experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technology platforms, with a minimum of one full lifecycle implementation;
:Hands:on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, configuration and development, including any of the following:
:Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web Service programming
:Creating and configuring custom workflow activities and plug:ins
:Advanced client:side scripting
:Application integration capabilities, including but not limited to creating a customer portal solution that connects Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the Internet
:Demonstrated ability with underlying MS CRM components: .NET, DHTML, and preferably MS SQL Server
:Ideal candidates will have certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft development technologies or MS SQL Server administration;
:Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred;
:Functional and technical perspectives on Sales, Service and Marketing is a definite asset;
:Strong commitment to professional client service excellence required;
:Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams;
:Superior verbal and written communication skills;
:Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions;
:Proven ytical skills and systematic problem solving;
:Canadian and U.S. travel required;
:Candidates must have the ability to travel up to 80 the time.
