Job duties / accountabilities:
DESIGN / WRITING / CREATIVE THINKING / STRATEGY
:Create and draft radio, web and promotional copy;
:Participate in creative thinking sessions for advertising and media creativity projects;
:Collaborate in media creativity concept development together with internal teams, such as the marketing, content/product and sales teams;
:Create and produce demo ads and radio promotions;
:Translate, draft and/or edit a variety of texts on an occasional basis (e.g. press releases, invitations, the concept portion of media creativity presentations, contest page content published on our websites).
APPROVAL / PRODUCTION FOLLOW:UP
:Send the content to the customer for approval prior to release;
:Obtain advertising material from local advertising agencies;
:When required, obtain nationally sourced advertising material;
:Send instructions to the producers and/or hosts;
:Send the required instructions to the contract routing team;
:Perform quality control and verify material prior to release;
:Follow up daily with the customer, advertising representative and producer.
:Develop strategic plans for the social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.);
:Manage content and ensure publications produced by other stakeholders respect the brand image and rules of netiquette;
:Develop and apply a variety of promotional strategies for different customers and/or partners;
:Reply to messages from subscribers and listeners on behalf of ENERGIE 98.9 and 107,5 Rouge fm;
: yze the results each week by drafting a full report of our activities on the social networks;
:Gather strategic intelligence;
:Attend conferences and/or training sessions and keep abreast of new developments and new opportunities to capitalize on;
:Develop presentations and training sessions to keep hosts informed and up to date regarding Facebook functions and our strategy to promote our brands.
:Use impeccable , both in terms of syntax and choice of vocabulary;
:Maintain close ties with customers and all stakeholders on internal teams;
:When required, perform media relations activities for specific projects;
:Perform any other tasks delegated by the supervisor.
:University training in communications or equivalent;
:Writing and design experience;
:Experience hosting or managing social media networks;
:Creativity and originality;
:Strong organizational skills;
:Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
:Ability to work in an environment in which deadlines are often short;
:Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
:Impeccable written and spoken ;
:Written and spoken English (an asset);
:Knowledge of new technologies and a thirst for learning;
:Understanding of advertising issues (advertisers/media/consumers);
