What is the opportunity?
As an integral member of the Wealth Management Services team, you will support the Dominion Security Investment Advisors, Dominion Security Associates, RBC Private Bankers and PH and N Investment Counsellors in differentiating the client experience by providing clients with financial planning solutions. This centralized support involves being the primary source for incoming technical questions for the following solutions: Individual Pension Plans (IPPS), Charitable Gift Program, DS Family Trust, Spousal Loans, and Registered Products like RRSP's, RESP's and TFSA's.
What will you do?
:Technical expert integrating financial advice and planning recommendations into the coaching conversation with the sales force. The Consultant will also be a key partner in enabling revenue generation through opportunity spotting for consolidation and referral business to key partners.
:Primary contact (reactive and proactive) with the sales force is through either telephone or e:mail. In some case, face:to:face contact is warranted. The goal is to answer questions relating to the Wealth Management Solutions Products while looking for new business opportunities.
:Tools Support : Coach the sales force to leverage the corporate approved planning tools (Buck Consultants illustration software and various on:line calculators).
:Respond to client queries, uncover hidden assets, both retail and group business; and develop referral opportunities.
:Manages Wealth Management Solutions Website : Be familiar with the AdvsiorNet sites and ensure the information is current and updated based on related legislation changes or external Partners (Buck Consultants and Gifts Fund Canada) changes.
:Training : Conduct educational conference calls on Wealth Management Solutions Programs to both new and current sales forces. In some case, the training is contacted in a face:to:face environment.
:Expected to develop strong internal and external networks.

What do you need to succeed?
:Be a highly organized, service oriented person with good attention to details and ability to work well in a team environment by demonstrating solid interpersonal skills.
:English and : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
:Minimum 3 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry.
:Computer Skills involving Microsoft Office and Adobe.
:Able to work as part of a team and independently to complete tasks.
