What is the opportunity?
As a Hybrid Trainee Customer Service Officer / Advisor, you will support two teams as required by the business. Your excellent customer service skills added with your solid knowledge of RBC Applications and systems is what will help you build and maintain client relationships. The selected candidate will investigate and respond to a wide range of daily service requests, such as following up on wire transfers and conduct investigations in regards to frauds, on the customer's behalf. Once the client's file is settled, you will confirm with the client and close their files. With your proven excellent customer service skills and developed skills of the diverse RBC Applications, such as Payee Match, PDS and RBC Express, this role will provide you with exposure to senior accounts serviced by Global Banking Service Centre.
What will you do?
:You will respond to general inquiries, resolve quick service problems and follow up complex investigations.
:You will provide superior quality of timely and efficient service to high end Global Banking clients, co:workers and service partners.
:You will promote sales referrals and opportunity spotting, in order to promote business and revenue growth.
:Identify service / operational efficiencies and make recommendations for change or escalation to appropriate individuals.
What do you need to succeed?
:You need to have strong and English written and verbal communication skills.
:Excellent, proven Customer Service Skills with strong interpersonal skills
:Strong organizational skills
:Solid understanding of RBC Applications, systems and products such as Iris, On Demand, Service / Sales Platform, Application Launchpad.
:Be flexible for work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00am : 5:30pm.
:Solid knowledge of RBC applications and systems
