Job Duties / Accountabilities:

The multiplatform project coordinator is working with clients and internal production team by being the person responsible of all logistics associated with delivering a multiplateform campaign. He or she is an active solution provider in moving projects forward, overseeing timelines while keeping on:going rigorous quality controls to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
:Coordinate multiplatform projects sold, production milestones and approvals
:Work with external, internal teams and partners to ensure impeccable results. Act as a central
:Deliver projects on time and on budget
:Build production schedules and ensure follow ups
:Prepare briefs for internal production departments
:Get approvals from customers or commercial production on all do ents requiring it
:Attend tv shoot, voice recording, activation, events, if necessary, to assist the commercial project manager or our clients
:Compile data, statistics, reports and write reports or post:mortem
:Any other task of a similar nature related to the job duties, requested by the supervisor or required by its functions (creation and production of do ents, organizing meetings, rankings, etc.)
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
:Related Degree/diploma in marketing / communication
:3 to 5 years of experience in Communication or Advertising Agency organization a definite asset
:Exceptional customer service skills
:Good judgment and problem solving oriented
:Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy of work
:Able to multi:task and juggle many projects at once in a fast paced environment
:Versatil, methodical, rigorous
:Able to work independently and as part of a team
:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
:Bilingual English/ , both verbal and written with an excellent grammar
:TV, digital and radio knowledge
:Production knowledge an asset
:MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, social media and digital formats skills
:Need to be available to work Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
:Work schedule might be changing depending on business needs
:Overtime as required
