SAP Hybris Marketing Product Owner
PURPOSE AND O ECTIVES
SAP Hybris Marketing enables marketers to develop a deeper understanding of customers; to know what they have done, what they may do, and most importantly what they are doing now. Gain real-time insights into the context of each customer, and leverage these insights to deliver highly individualized customer experiences across channels.
You will be the product owner of a development team according to our AGILE project management framework. This means you will be responsible for the overall delivery, quality and cost of customer implementations. This role requires frequent interaction with international customers and regular travel.
Your main task will be to work with customers to understand their business needs and current challenges in terms of marketing strategy, and ensure the appropriate and best use of the SAP Hybris Marketing platform to meet those requirements. You will collaborate with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. customers, product teams, prospects) to define, guide, prioritize and appropriately do ent the requirements for the project, and with the development SCRUM team to ensure delivery of business value.
