As a Leads Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting new sales leads and opportunities during our clients business development and marketing campaigns. A great deal of time will be spent prospecting to targeted consumers inside our clients retail partner locations across the Kalispell area. This is a collaborative position that requires you to work closely with the Sales Executives and Marketing Director.
Job Role and Responsibilities of the Leads Generation Specialist:
:Contact sales prospects consumers daily via in:store campaigns to introduce the firms clients and their professional services offerings. In person, face to face contact will be mandatory.
:Research and qualify new sales leads generated from marketing activities.
:Help assess a prospects needs to determine how our company can provide a solution.
:Discover a prospects organizational structure, key influencers, budgets, and timeline.
:Follow internal processes for tracking, reporting, and distribution of marketing leads through our Salesforce CRM.
:Cultivate and qualify new sales opportunities by navigating through initial objections.
:Learn and understand service offerings to effectively and efficiently answer questions.
:Control the transition process from Lead to Opportunity within the sales process.
:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
:Report, record and track market trends to sales, marketing, and management teams.
:Assist with all aspects of an effective outbound lead generation campaign.
Essential Skills and Qualifications :
:Bachelors degree preferred with working experience in business development, lead generation, phone sales, retail sales, or customer service.
:Self:motivated, over:achiever with strong desire to succeed.
:Knowledge of sales and marketing process, lead generation process, selling principles and methods in order to promote solutions effectively.
:Ability to work individually and within a team environment.
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
:Effective social perception skills in order to be aware of others reactions and how to navigate those reactions to close sales.
:Smart, quick thinking, good reasoning skills and a professional demeanor.The Leads Generation Specialist will be paid a guaranteed hourly salary and privy to additional bonuses and commissions based on their performance in the role. This is a full:time, permanent position.
