What you'll be doing:
:Provide leadership and direction to team of Installation and Service Technicians in order to support excellence in Order Fulfillment.
:Effectively monitor and administer departmental budgets with the goal of exceeding expectations, while effectively maintaining an efficient operation
:Partner with CBU Sales group to maximize sales through all available field sales channels
:Contribute to overall service truck roll reductions, while adhering to the first time right philosophy
:Improve the overall customer experience while meeting technical and performance metrics
:Improve the overall employee engagement
What you have:
:Several years industry experience with progressive responsibilities in terms of managing technology and people
:Post: Secondary education in a related field. Professional certification is an asset
:Strong computer skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
:Ability to lead change with a proven background of effective process improvements resulting in positive bottom line impact, improved employee engagement and a spectacular customer experience
:Experience in an organized labour environment
