Our Vancouver office is looking for a Manager, ERS, Controls Transformation and Assurance to lead our Controls Transformation and Assurance teams in helping our clients gain assurance over financial, system, and operational internal controls. Our Vancouver practice is growing and we are seeking a new Manager to join our talented team As a Manager, you will be:
:Managing a diverse team of talented Consultants while coaching them to their highest potential;
:Cultivating relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies;
:Employing a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability;
:Developing your expertise in a specialization and your reputation as a business advisor;
:Contributing to practice growth and development;
:Participating in the development and delivery of training programs;
:Working with clients across a diverse client base including technology and telecommunications, mining, and financial services.
We are seeking the best and the brightest individuals. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:
:Completion of an undergraduate degree in business administration, economics, or commerce is required;
:A minimum of 5 years of combined external and operational audit experience is required;
:A minimum of 5 years of experience in advising clients in an external consulting environment is required;
:Consulting and audit experience within the mining industry is required;
:CIA designation completed or in progress is required;
:Experience with vendor cost recoveries, vendor management, sourcing and procurement, drafting request for proposals, and negotiations is required;
:Demonstrable Internal Audit experience and/or work focused on Sarbanes:Oxley Legislation or the Canadian equivalent is required;
:Experience with SAP Procurement module is required to support vendor and procurement audit projects;
:The successful candidate will have delivered a minimum of 2 full:cycle of project management engagements with manager level accountabilities in an external consulting environment is required;
:Demonstrable experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, do entation, managing client expectations and team leadership is required;
:Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence; and
:Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Salary range of CAD 93, to CAD ,000
:Employee Variable Pay Plan, providing an individual performance bonus
