Position Overview: Deloitte seeks an experienced Account Specialist to support the business through the development, management and execution of strategic account activities.
The objective of the position is to support our large and strategic client accounts. The Account Specialist is an integral member of the account team(s), working with the Lead Client Service Partners (LCSP), to drive healthy team and Industry life as it relates to the named client accounts. The Account Specialist will assist in developing relationships with senior executives with the intent of building the firms top line revenue across all services.
The competency of sales support and account management is led by our Marketing and Sales Support team. The in bent will follow the Deloitte account management and sales process and will report into the Account Support function of the firm.
*Work with account team to achieve full compliance with all the performance measures set out in the account plan which includes the specifically defined performance measures in the categories of:
*Support account team meetings and client feedback process;
*Maintain and evaluate ongoing reporting including opportunity management (via firm standard CRM tool), net service revenues, budgeting and status of key relationships to enhance account team performance;
*Perform client and market research to support the creation of sales specific collateral for client meetings;
*Leverage firm marketing activities for key relationship development;
*Coordinate targeted relationships building opportunities to support the client service team in developing relationships with key executives;
*Support the development and execution of client strategies for our key target accounts;
*Coordinate and execute targeted account level marketing and events plan for key relationships;
*Identify industry trends, client needs and link our capabilities and marketing programs and Point of views (POVs).

The successful candidate will have the following:
*Minimum 3 years of account support experience (preferably in professional services)
*Proven track record in support of services to complex organizations;
*Large account and large contract sales support experience;
*Self:starter, autonomous and proactive;
*Project Management skills;
*Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with ability to develop internal contacts;
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
*Strong skill in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
*A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related discipline.
