What is the role?
Supporting the Global Control, Entitlements Client Operations team, you will be responsible for a number of reconciliation and reporting deliverables in this role. With an eye for detail and passion for ytical work, you will be heavily involved in the reconciliation process for the domestic market place, while also focusing on global reporting for all entitlement hubs across the world.
What will you do?
:Ensure that all Entitlements processing suspense accounts are reconciled and reported on a daily basis
:Monitor the daily asset and cash break reports to ensure breaks are being cleared in a timely manner
:Monitor various systems throughout the day to ensure all payments are distributed to the processing group, treasury, etc. for timely posting
:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly global stats relating to timeliness of reconciliation of asset breaks
:Respond to internal or external client inquiries (QTS) ensuring responses are executed in a professional manner and consistent with the timelines as set out in policies and procedures
What do you need to succeed?
:Minimum 2 years experience in the securities industry (brokerage, entitlements, etc.)
:Strong MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel)
:Strong ytical skills and a passion for statistical activity
:Project management experience
:Experience managing multiple initiatives concurrently
