What is the opportunity?
RBC Dominion Securities in North York is looking to hire an Assistant Branch Administrator to assist the in managing all aspects of the day to day operations. This includes hiring/terminating, approvals and supervision. The successful candidate should be fully licensed and have leadership experience in the financial industry.
What will you do?
:As Assistant Branch Administrator, you will be supporting the Branch Administrator on daily responsibilities
:While directly and indirectly supervising, you will also be providing leadership and coaching to staff
:You will be assisting in hiring, termination and performance reviews of all direct reports
:Supervision of Branch Cage Operations, including signing authority for outgoing cheques and approval of daily transactions. With your Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the daily review and approval of all branch operations/transactions and exceptions in strict compliance with internal policies and procedures
:Reviewing branch expenses with the Branch Manager and BA
:Responsible for branch technology initiatives, coordination of new IT orders and access requests and in:branch contact for technology issues
What do you need to succeed?
:Strong and written communication skills
:Professionalism and ability to manage highly confidential information
:Exceptional attention to detail and mature/positive attitude
:Excellent people skills, ability to manage different personalities
:3 years of DS experience
:Knowledge of Technology
:Completion of CSC and CPH
:Broad knowledge of applications on the Retail Workstation
:Post secondary education
