What is the opportunity?
RBC Dominion Securities located in North York, ON is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join the successful team. You will provide administrative and marketing support to help grow the teams business while providing quality client service. The successful candidate should have experience as an administrative assistant along with their CSC.
What will you do?
: Help maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity and applicable reports
: Prepare client review materials, correspondence and reports
: Navigate and manage social media in accordance to RBC DS policy
: Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts and escalate to the Investment Advisor, Branch Management where appropriate
: Help develop, distribute and maintain marketing materials
: Co:ordinate and manage inside and outside vendors for events
What do you need to succeed?
:Administrative experience in a financial/brokerage environment
:Successfully completed their CSC
:Exceptional communication skills
:Ability to prioritize and multi:task
:Demonstrate ownership and execution of primary responsibilities.
:Ability to work under pressure meeting strict deadlines
:Proficient with Microsoft Office
:Event planning experience
:Marketing experience leveraging social media
