Our Advisory Finance team focusses on enabling CFOs and their Finance teams for success. We focus on applying our deep knowledge of financial reporting requirements, controls and processes to the operational aspects of Finance : How Finance does what it needs to do and where it can enhance the value it brings to the organization. Our core services include:
:CFO / finance effectiveness workshops,
:Finance health checks / diagnostics,
:Finance process mapping / redesign,
:Fix Finance projects (designed to remediate or upgrade finance processes, controls, do entation, systems and tools),
:Finance ytics, and
:Finance special projects.
We are looking for professionals with strong problem solving skills (diagnostic and solution development), a breadth of knowledge with respect to the operational aspects of financial reporting and strong facilitation skills.
As a Senior Manager in Advisory Services you will:
:Be primarily focused on our Assurance and Advisory Finance services
:Build and expand your professional network and utilize your top:notch business development capabilities
:Be at the forefront of our sales team. Source, identify, contact and forge relationships in order to sell Deloitte services and exceed sales targets
:Develop materials for and participate in the delivery of presentations to targets, clients and firm personnel
:Review and contribute to the planning and execution of projects arising in one or more of our core practices
:Have opportunities to serve clients and/or support local office teams around the country and in the United States
:Contribute to market and eminence initiatives, including development of new service offerings and marketing campaigns within the practice
:Coach, mentor and develop teams of advisory resources

:Must have CPA designation or equivalency and possess a minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
:Knowledge of US GAAP is highly desirable
:Be a recognized leader in the sales of professional services, including sourcing, identifying and networking with prospective clients and targets, with an outstanding track record of results
:Ability to view requirements strategically
:Operational aptitude (ability to translate the what is required into the how its done)
:Understanding of process and controls, including IT (mapping, design, assessment)
:Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
:Demonstrated problem solving capabilities (ability to find it and fix it)
:Broad advisory skillset (capacity to help client explore issues/opportunities)
:Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
:Experience in the Financial Services or Real Estate industry is considered an asset
:Ability to speak and / or Spanish an asset
