The Rogers Direct Web Sales team at 85 Grand Crest is hiring for Inside Sales Representatives with a start date of October 11,2016. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for optimizing Cable, Smart Home Monitoring and Wireless sales performance. Through excellence in sales and customer service, the Direct Web Sales team maximizes revenue by acquiring new Cable, Smart Home Monitoring and Wireless customers, as well as upgrading and growing existing customer accounts. You are a results:driven Inside Sales Representative, responsible for a range of tasks including:
:Inbound and outbound sales calls to residential and business addresses to sell Rogers Cable, Smart Home Monitoring and Wireless products and services.
:Actively listen to customers, uncover/ yze their needs, and offer customized solutions
:Able to meet or exceed sales targets
:Create a need by educating customers on product and services, and maximizing sales potential
:Participate in online chat and online lead fulfillment to drive incremental sales.
:Required to participate in and provide feedback on special projects and programs.
:Handle specialty inbound programs to deliver sales and customer intelligence.
:Responsible for order fulfillment and administration of sales programs.
:Contribute to a sales team environment, constantly driving continuous improvement in programs, practices and procedures.
:Continually work with the Team Manager and other sales representatives in driving real:time program changes: optimize programs, create program efficiencies, improve sales conversion, and drive superior customer satisfaction.
:Articulate customer trends and identify new sales programs and tactics to support individual, team and corporate goals.

:A demonstrated sales background, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a sales driven environment
:Prior call centre experience a plus, but not required
:Demonstrated ability to positively influence others, and be product experts
:Highly motivated individual with excellent listening skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
:Entrepreneurial attitude and an ability to work with little supervision in a fast paced environment.
:Must be computer literate (strong keyboard and internet navigation skills, basic math skills, etc.)
:Willing and able to work shifts, including evening and weekends.
