The Information Technology team develops and maintains Bell's internal systems and applications while also developing integrated technology solutions for customers across all lines of business.
The team manages Bell's IT Infrastructure and the service availability of over 700 applications, including mission critical billing and service systems. The IT delivery teams drive the IT Work Program with over 60 of IT capital invested in initiatives that support business unit priorities and Bell's strategic imperatives.
The IT Delivery: Corporate Systems team is a fast:paced and dynamic team within the Information Technology organization. The teams mandate is to work with Bell corporate stakeholders and technology partners to deliver solutions that leverage Bells significant investment in its strategic IT platforms in the areas of Human Resources(HR)/Human Capital Management(HCM), Procurement, and SAP Infrastructure and Architecture.
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and disciplined individual to join our team of Project Managers, Business ysts, and Solution/Enterprise Architects that focus primarily on solutions leveraging the SAP HCM ERP (ECC), Success Factors Talent Management Suite, SAP BW, Business Objects BI, and Ariba. This position reports to the IT Delivery Director.
Job duties / accountabilities:
The Senior Project Manager is within the Information Technology (IT) project delivery team, and will have an immediate focus on Human Resources(HR) / Human Capital Management(HCM) IT delivery. The candidate will play a key role in planning and leading the delivery of a 3 to 5 year Roadmap and key projects in partnership with other IT and corporate systems stakeholders.
:The successful candidate must have:
:At least seven (7) years project management experience and a demonstrated track record in large complex IT programs and projects, working with virtual teams across multiple geographic locations.
:Working knowledge of IT Human Resources(HR) / Human Capital Management(HCM) applications and architecture, cross:component solution sets, business processes and systems integration.
:Established leadership role in IT HR/HCM delivery for solution implementations and upgrades, for both on premise and cloud solutions.
:Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills : experience preparing and delivering management presentations and reports.
:Exemplary customer service skills : strong desire to help internal and external users.
:Strong positive, can:do attitude.
:Prefers to work in a fast:paced environment and be a member of a closely:knit, high performance team.
:Desire to learn and become familiar with new technologies; assimilate knowledge quickly and effectively.
:PMP Certification is preferred, but will consider applicants who can demonstrate they are actively pursuing that designation.
