For our office in Montreal we are now hiring an exceptional individual in the Proposal Specialist role. In this role the successful candidate will provide support to the sales teams in the development of customized client deliverables : proposals, quotes, requests for information, presentations, etc.

Youll do this by:
: Bringing together the efforts of Sales, Operations, Services and various other resources to ensure the timely coordination and creation of client do entation (creative, legal and business content);
: Making sure all these results are met while meeting clients deadlines.
To be more specific, heres what the role entails:
: yze clients RFPs for understanding of bid response, company requirements and terms and conditions;
: Schedule and facilitate team meetings, communicate and track assignments and control/complete the proposal response do ent from initial draft to final submission;
: Develop proposal responses for assigned bid opportunities while working with sales, technical and services organization;
: Acquire and retain a broad understanding of legal, bid and contract management processes in order to mitigate risk to company;
: Ensure companys policies regarding the review, approval and signature authority are followed during the bid process;
: Develop a strong practical knowledge of Insights offerings including Hardware, Software and Services.
What wed like you to have:
: Bachelors degree (B.A) in Business or Administration;
: 2:3 years professional work experience in a sales environment, bid/proposal development or related field and/or training;
: Excellent communication skills with ability to share information and ideas both verbally and in writing;
: Strong organizational skills including accuracy, timeliness and detail:oriented with the ability to work under pressure;
: Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain the trust and respect of those being supported;
: MS Office : advanced level;
: Bilingualism required : English and .
