We need individuals who are talented and who have the commitment to join a world:class support organization at one of the worlds premier consulting firms. We currently have an opening for an AMS Manager to join our team in Vancouver or Victoria, British Columbia.
In this role, youll be involved in:
:Overseeing projects and clients expectations
:Being the primary point of contact for the clients
:Managing and supporting a large team of dedicated consultants
:Assisting in developing go to market strategies and developing proposals
:Leading the delivering of client presentations
:Ensuring that the processes used are in line with the industry best practices (change management, incident management, problem management, release management, etc.)
:Promoting common processes across multiple delivery centers
:Building and promoting team synergies across multiple geographical areas 13;

Key requirements include:
:Minimum 8:10 years of managing and leading mid to large:size teams and projects
:Experience in working directly with senior client management team
:Proven track record of leading sales pursuits
:Thorough understanding of application support and development processes
:Experience in writing proposals (RFI and RFP)
:Excellent written and communication skills
:Experience leading off:shore delivery is a definite asset
:Experience supporting (or leading support teams) SAP or Oracle ERPs
:Other key qualifications include:
:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
:ITIL V3 certification required or similar certification is preferred
:Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
:Demonstrated technical aptitude and interest in technology
:Knowledge and experience of the Public Sector is preferred
:Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
:Experience working in an application support environment dealing with clients remotely
:Experience with managing diverse teams in multiple geographical locations
:Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
:Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
:Proven ytical skills and systematic problem solving
:Ability to coordinate work between multiple clients and multiple team members
:Canadian travel required with occasional international travel 13;
