Important activities of the position are as follows. If successful in your initial interview you will be tested on skills that demonstrate your ability to perform duties as follows:
Reporting and ysis of clients’ website performance from a technical point of view. This includes but is not limited to server requirements, website speed ysis, website technology and coding in use. . . and recommendations on how to improve the overall performance of the sites.
Reporting and ysis of clients’ websites from an SEO and conversion point of view. This includes but is not limited to website structure, on-page optimization, content and keyword ysis, design ysis, usability ysis, sales funnel and visitors’ behavior ysis. . . and recommendations on how to improve both optimization and conversion of the sites.
E-mail and communication with clients on a daily/frequent basis to review the different reports, suggestions, work performed, work needed etc..
Implementation of all recommendations made, setting up a strategic plan, organize and manage workload to fit clients’ budgets. This includes but is not limited to performing WordPress updates, on-site modifications, CSS and HTML modifications, content writing and editing
Keep a clean time-tracking record, enter notes in our project management software.
New client intake which includes but is not limited to full keyword research, website audit report, seo and content strategy planning, Google ytics complete set up (events, goals, conversion tracking…), Google Adwords campaign complete set up (Search, Display, Mobile, Remarketing. . .), Google My Business account complete setup (Page creation, listing verification process, customization. . .), Social media account set up and customization (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest,…)
Attend clients’ or company meetings when required.
Must have a valid AdWords Certification.
Must have a valid Google ytics Individual Qualification.
At least 3 years of work experience in a full time position as SEO Specialist/Consultant in a Marketing Agency.
Experience in performing technical full site SEO audits and generating custom reports on actionable and initiatives.
Knowledge of best practices for organic search engine optimization
Extensive understanding of the Semantic SEO.
Ability to perform advanced keyword research.
In-depth experience with Google ytics (e.g. hand implementation of Enhanced Ecommerce, Event Tracking, Segmentation, Customization, Adwords…).
Solid knowledge of PPC and experience with implementation of AdWords campaigns
Deep knowledge of HTML and CSS (background in Web Development).
Experience with the Bootstrap framework.
Be able to edit and write the basic code for WordPress.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Be knowledgeable about UX/UI.
Excellent knowledge of Google SpreadSheets and Excel (.csv and .xlsx) is a must.
Good knowledge of other Office programs (Word and PowerPoint in particular).
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
Experience with SQL
International SEO experience
Experience with Asana Project Management system or equivalent
Experience with Screaming Frog tool or equivalent
Experience with Cognitive SEO tool or equivalent
Experience with SEM Rush and MOZ Tools or equivalent
Compensation and Duration
The position is full time (40 hours per week) and permanent.
Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated skill level
