A career as a Consultant in our Consulting practice will offer you the opportunity to provide consulting services to high growth organizations and develop a strong reputation as a business advisor to create long term relationships at a client level. You will also provide subject matter expertise on Oracle functionality testing and consulting services, specifically with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, or E:Business Suite (EBS).
:Providing Oracle functional consulting services;
:Leading clients through the development life cycle acting as Subject Matter Expert;
:Conducting workshops and produce deliverables in a timely fashion;
:Assisting clients in fully deploying the Oracle system into their business and provide input on best practices;
:Working with other Consulting teams to configure the Oracle solution to meet the customer's requirements;
:Advising client on choices, potential risks or impacts on other systems or business processes;
:Understanding customer's business requirements and how they align to the Oracle solution;
:Educating customers on the Oracle solution by facilitating knowledge transfer;
:Working with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints;
:Managing clients' expectation and project scope;
:Following through on assignments and developing issue:resolution;
:Creating a learning environment through leadership;
:Contributing to our growing Oracle practice and community; and
:Facilitating knowledge sharing and continually improve our deployment methodology.
We are seeking the best and the brightest individuals. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:
:Completion of an undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or computer engineering or a related field is required;
:A post graduate degree will be considered an asset;
:A certification in Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, or EBS and demonstrable experience to Subject Matter Expert level is required;
:A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience delivering Human Resource Technology projects based in Oracle is required;
:A minimum of 2 years demonstrating strong commitment to professional client service excellence is required;
:Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams;
:A superior verbal and written communication skills is required;
