Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Lead will provide support, including but not limited to the following;
:Liaise with Lottery Manager on work flow/work load/turnaround cycles
:Emailing and working directly with the clients program coordinators
:Anticipate staffing requirements based on outlet volumes and arrange for temporary staff as required.
:Keep track for the mail and outlet volume on a daily basis.
:Sort volumes according to clients requirements.
:Direct data processing staff to ensure priorities/tasks/assignments are clear and communicated as directed by Lottery Manager
:Assist staff with questions and problems courteously and promptly.
:Assist with handling processing issues as they arise
:Implementing a process:based approach to meeting organizational goals
:Determine proper tools and techniques needed to solve problems.
:Generate processing related correspondences and reports for clients.
:Performed final quality control checks on deliverables
:Prepare client daily statistical reports
:Financial and data reporting to client as requested/required
:Ensure that work area is clean, secure and well maintained. 13;

:3 years in project lead experience
:Strong ytical skills
:High Attention to detail
:Proven donation processing and stewardship experience in a non:profit environment
:Superior interpersonal, facilitation and training skills
:Strong database management skills required, including customer relationship management and financial reporting software.
:Knowledge of banking and credit card payment procedures
:Excellent written and communication skills to communicate with all levels within and outside the firm (must have a high degree of discretion and diplomacy to deal with sensitive/confidential matters)
:Good data management and ytical skills as well as attention to detail to deliver quality work
:Organizational skills required to identify priority actions, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, elevate critical issues and follow up
:Ability to work under pressure and proactively pursue objectives/use initiative
:Flexibility :: ability to adapt well to change and work overtime as required
:Ability to visualize, communicate and implement improved processes
:Ability to facilitate the resolution of conflicts to reach team/group agreements
:Ability to work professionally and productively with outside service providers
:Ability to work with senior Firm personnel effectively building trust and confidence
:Proficiency with a variety of computer applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS)
:Criminal and Credit check required
:Must be able to obtain AGCO license 13;
