To build and maintain our current and growing productivity support and development tool infrastructure in support of our Software Solutions Team and within Pipeline Control Systems and Leak Detection. This focus involves:
:Infrastructure tools administration, including upkeep of system, scheduled upgrades, restoration of service and licensing renewals
:Improve and maintain of JIRA workflow usage and create/support customized workflows to improve departmental efficiencies and new initiatives across PCSLD
:Maintain Infrastructure tools such as Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Plug:ins, Jenkins, Crowd, SVN/Git, Fisheye, Stash, Saviom by scheduling and applying patches/upgrades.
:Accountable for provide Administration support for Infrastructure tools, ensuring licensing is up to date, maintaining and initiating renewals discussions, obtaining quotes and invoices from vendor, and final approval from supervisor for license renewals
:Support IT patching schedule and work with Product Support Advisor on obtaining Management of Change approvals
:Do ent and train other groups within PCSLD on proper maintenance of their do entation and issues management within Confluence and Jira
:Support new initiatives with our infrastructure tools such as enhancements to existing workflows, implementing new workflows, and customization of existing tools and infrastructure, upgrading and disaster recovery of infrastructure by prioritizing requests with the Supervisor, Software Solutions
:Collaborate with Supervisor, Software Solutions to review and appropriately escalate incoming support requests
:Support planned and unplanned infrastructure upgrades and outages after hours as needed
:Support requests for minor improvements to existing infrastructure tools
:Demonstrate commitment to the Software Solutions team and its success.
:Participate in the Enbridge Health and Safety program.
:A university degree or a diploma from a recognized institution, with specialization in the Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field
:A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Information Technology and Business Administration, with significant exposure to Infrastructure Systems Implementation and support, and design/implementation of infrastructure software.
:Demonstrated leadership and effective interpersonal skills.
:Strong communications, facilitation, customer service, and organizational skills.
:Ability to multi:task in a fast paced environment.
:Salary and job level will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
