Our Store Managers are integral to our success. They're coaches, cheerleaders and exceptional sales people who are committed to delivering outstanding service, always.
We're currently looking for a passionate leader to help our (xx store name) store deliver exceptional sales and service to our customers. You will be accountable for developing and retaining a high:performing sales team while ensuring operational procedures are carried out across the store. You'll also oversee and maximize store profitability by managing all financial operations, like inventory control, cash flow and reporting.

:Business savvy individual with an ability to motivate teams and drive accountability
:Retail management experience, ideally within the wireless/technology industry
:A passion for developing people and managing their progress
:Demonstrated strength in establishing and maintain strong relationships with staff to ensure open lines of communication for coaching and development
:Previous experience in adapting coaching and training styles to match team needs
:Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and service targets
:Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with exceptional skills in managing customers effectively
:Attention to detail in all aspects of store operations and procedures
:Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior telecommunications sales role. Rogers/Fido retail or Rogers call centre experience is an asset
:A confident self:starter and enthusiastic leader, ready to drive sales across the store
:A good understanding of business fundamentals is essential in this role
