Customer Service Representative
The basic function of the Customer Service Representative is to receive, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, deliveries and complaints. Include, as a major function is entering data into the compu ased on customer interviews. An equally important function is assisting walk-in customers in the retail store.

For an individual, to successfully fulfill the functional position of Customer Service Representative for Keene Medical Products, Inc., they must be able to perform satisfactorily in all the areas outlined for this position. Regularly requires kneeling, bending, sitting, standing or driving vehicles for pro-longed periods of time.
The knowledge and ability to properly life products that weigh up to 75 lbs.
The Customer Service Representative must have a good use of hands to finger dexterity to handle or feel objects, demonstrate and operate various products and equipment.
Must have command of all e sense: sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Vision, with traditional correction, must be sufficient to shift in focus from warehouse lighting to office environments. Must hear and speak well enough to conduct business over the telephone or in person for moderate periods of time.
Fluency in the English Language (read, write and speak) is required as the overwhelming majority of customers, vendors, suppliers and subordinates communicate only in that language. Hence, to fulfill the position requirements, an individual must be able to read and write English in order to prepare reports and communicate effectively with all concerned or related to the business.
The possession of common sense understanding is necessary to carry out detailed, written or instructions. The ability to deal with problems ethically and with the best interest of Keene Medical in mind and actions.
The Customer Service Representative must maintain a positive and respectful attitude, be able to maintain sharp focus, be extremely organized and do what it takes assure objectives are net on time and at, or exceeding managed (internal/external) customer expectations. The individual must possess the ability to apply sound ethical business judgement to all decisions.
This is a significant position at Keene Medical Products, Inc. Therefore; it is essential that attendance be at 100%. This functional position requires eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays, e (5) days a week on average. Saturday work may occasionally be needed.
