Sr. Reporting yst
As a Reporting Sr. yst you will:
Contribute to the implementation and strategy execution for all voices, chat, social media and assisted channels to deliver on the brand promise and service strategies.
Ensure that all metrics and data is accurate and consistent
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with multiple platforms, architectures, and diverse technologies gathering requirements; design and develop ETL processes to transform information from multiple sources.
Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views and triggers
Conduct appropriate functional and performance testing to identify bottlenecks and data quality issues.
Participate in developing KPI structure to ensure success of employee performance tracking and business initiatives.
Maintain and develop web applications on Fido Reporting web portals.
Implement slowly changing dimensions as well as transaction, ac ulating snapshot, and periodic snapshot fact tables.
Collaborate with internal / external partners to ensure proper data flow of the data warehouse.
Act as reporting prime during the implementation of new platforms / systems by yzing reporting needs and provide requirements.
Share with junior team members on best practices in relational database and algorithmic
programming and this through the whole spectrum (Speed, efficiency, security just to name a
Skills and Qualifications:
3:5 years of experience with an ETL tool set, preferably SSIS.
3:5 years' experience with relational databases (SQL Server).
Experience pulling data from a variety of data source types.
Strong experience interfacing with business users and understanding their requirements.
Must be bilingual (both spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
Experience with OLAP,SSAS and MDX (as a plus)
Customer contact centre and / or telecommunication industry experience (as a plus)
