The Job Windows client, a growing sales and business solutions firm in St. Johns has an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional. Our client is in immediate need of a Regional Retail Sales Representative to manage their corporate clients consu ase, sales and revenue growth targets across the St. Johns region.
What youll be doing:
As a Regional Retail Sales Representative you will be responsible for obtaining new business on our clients behalf, introducing their products to consumers during retail marketing and sales events designed to foster a viable consu ase and drive sales for their brands. You will travel throughout the designated St. Johns region, increasing sales in high:traffic or high:need retail areas. Youll be working within designated promotional spaces in some of the nations largest retailers as our client partners with big box retailers to reach more of our clients target markets than our clients competitors.
A successful candidate will have a strong sense of personal accountability when it comes to completing assigned activities, skill in territory management, and a history of exceeding revenue growth goals.
:Be the main point of consumer contact during in:store retail marketing and sales campaigns set:up in big:box retail stores throughout St. Johns on behalf of our client.
:Enthusiastically engage consumer sales prospects and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales of products/services.
:Maintain accurate product knowledge, educating consumers on the benefits of each product to close sales and foster a viable client base on behalf of our client.
:Meet sales quotas daily, manage tracking of retail sales and event metrics, and complete any necessary administrative paperwork following each retail marketing and sales event.

What our client is looking for:
:Four year college degree and one to three years formal field sales experience preferred
:Do ented record of exceeding assigned sales quotas
:Ability to identify, qualify and prioritize prospects
:Knack for comfortably presenting products and solutions in group settings
:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
:Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
:Experience with contact management software like Salesforce or similar is a plus
:Must attend industry meetings and trade shows, all of which may occur on evenings and weekends.
:This person will be a self:motivated, hard:working, detail:oriented individual, able to promptly follow:up with clients.
:Must have a can do attitude, work well in a team environment and be committed to the process of continual self:improvement.
:Must not only like to win, but refuse to lose.This is a full:time, permanent role being offered. Position is paid on an hourly basis. Any performance bonuses and commissions being offered are in addition to hourly rate of pay.
