What's the job about?
Customer Service Officer's main task is to process clients transactions, do ent support, scan and send mail and business correspondence. To cope with the task, you will have to carry out instructions from Office Manager as soon as possible, check your e-mail several times a day and answer your phone at a predetermined time.
What exactly are we offering?
The work is home-based, it's only recently that we have started to expand into Canada, therefore we have no well-functioning infrastructure yet. However, we can assure you, that our expansion plans include opening new offices in you region, and you will have possibility of advancement and growth. You will be paid bi-weekly 2600 CAD (Including Taxes) starting from the day the 1st task has been successfully completed, plus 5% from each transaction.
