Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and respond to E:mail request, related to lottery and ticket inquires and provide excellent Customer Service. First level troubleshooting regarding order or ticket status.
:Provide exceptional in/outbound customer service to callers
:Handle concerns regarding lottery ticket purchase, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
:Receive and respond to inbound e:mail; gather and verify required information
:Provide information to the customer and place appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be taken
:Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all e:commerce customer interactions
:Resolve customer complaints (ticket not received, payment issues etc)
:Data Entry : creating and updating customer files in a customized database
External Posting Qualifications 13;
:Completion of secondary school
:You must have excellent English writing skills.
:Minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer service role
:Excellent verbal and written communication skills : using proper grammar with smooth flow
:Ability to listen attentively and to use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet the customers specific needs
:Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with high degree of accuracy
:Problem solving and decision making skills
:Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
:Ability to write and speak
