Key Responsibilities/Job Functions:
The role of the Business process yst is to act as an advocate the organization and formulate common process across multiple business units while driving solutions to the overall organizational needs. They are accountable to understand the Business Goals and ensure that we can operationalize customer solutions through Business Process Optimization.
Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
:Review and understand the business needs presented to them through formal do entation, or through business requirement gathering.
:To provide do entation of solutions to the Business through a combination of Process Maps, User Guides, Training Materials and Information bulletins.
:Develop solutions that address the business needs.
:To work co:operatively with Business Systems ysts and Developers to ensure understanding of the solution being sought.
:Develop Use Cases to validate solutions that work as expected, whether they are manual, system driven or through third party providers.
:To ensure that current understanding of workflows is accurate and adhered to.
:To support the training organization when new processes are developed and implemented.
Experience and Education Preferred:
:Effective verbal and written communication.
:Demonstrates Program Management and Process Development methodologies.
:Minimum 5 years of Business ysis experience.
:More than 3 years of Telecommunications experience in Voice and/or Data Services
:Experienced in process mapping/modeling.
:Certified Business yst Professional (CBAP) certification preferred but not required.
