Learning Business Manager, Organization Development
The Organization Development (OD) Learning Business Manager (LBM) will partner with client groups and training teams in order to consult business leaders on learning solutions that will enable business priorities.
The OD LBM is responsible for leading our client group's learning and development planning cycle, defining the supporting learning strategy, and for executing the key activities in that strategy. The Learning Business Manager will lead the introduction and implementation of best practices that will further our team's ability to support business needs, and achieve organizational objectives.
This role is based out of Brampton and will report to the Senior Manager, ITS/Network/Corporate/MBU Business Management.
:Partner and build close and meaningful relationships with key senior business leaders and functional groups associated with a trusted advisor role
:Proactively consult with our customers and L and E partners on new performance improvement opportunities, operational impacts, and the creation of processes, tools and templates that will inform go forward decisions and future learning solutions
:Partner with clients to develop business cases and position learning solutions to gain support of the approving bodies
:Lead the needs ysis, assessment, design, development and measurement of programs to close performance gaps, realize required behavioural change and develop key competencies aligned to delivering the business strategy
:Collaborate with other Learning Business Managers to proactively advise clients on holistic end:to:end solutions and prioritize work of shared resources to ensure the delivery of all Rogers learning programs within scope, on time and within budget
:Liaison between Business and Learning and Enablement team with an accountability for the strategic planning of learning solutions that ensure continuous individual and organizational performance improvement
:Contribute to the development and execution of communication and marketing plans and content to promote the rollout of learning solutions
:Represent learning and participate in the business operations review process and meetings
:Conduct regular channel visits to build business a en, support channels and ensure Rogers training standards are maintained
:Lead training needs ysis exercises and discussions to ensure that clients receive all appropriate training program updates
:Ensure alignment of training initiatives and outcomes to service level agreements with leadership
:Lead quarterly reviews with channel leadership to provide training performance reports and consult to identify gaps and areas of opportunity by continually monitoring feedback on respective training programs
:Lead regular business strategy overview sessions with L and E to drive awareness of business priorities, revenue impacting product launches and major initiatives
:Oversee the channel training operating budget : review budget/forecast vs. actual and take necessary actions
Required Qualifications and Experience:
:Post:secondary education in performance consulting, adult education and/or business:related field or equivalent work experience
:Certificate in Human Performance Improvement is an asset; Certificate in Adult Learning Ed is required
:Minimum 5 years of experience in learning consulting related field, with a strong foundation in performa
