What you will do?
The Private Banker, International Clients is responsible for the identification, attraction, growth and retention of long:term profitable higher net worth clients (VHNW and UHNW) delivered through RBC's Wealth Management solutions globally and relationship:managed centrally in Canada.
The Private Banker International Clients provides clients with a seamless integrated wealth management experience, exceptional quality of service and access to global and local expertise bringing the depth and breadth of RBC to clients.
The portfolio of clients is managed through a personalized and confidential approach focused on the deep discovery and understanding of client needs, goals and objectives providing a proactive approach to financial advice, solution delivery and plan implementation.
The role is offered to a new to role candidates that will build and grow a portfolio of clients within well:defined target client segments. (Great China HNW Newcomers and Transnational Families)
What do you need to succeed?
:Excellent and written communication skills
:Previous Private Banking and/or Wealth Management Experience
:Proven track record in sales and business development and exceptional client relationship management
:Strong research, interviewing/questioning and deep discovery skills
:Willingness to obtain Financial Planning designation and RMFI license.
:Written and spoken in Mandarin, English, and (Cantonese and asset)
:Experience conducting business and managing relationships in a cross cultural and international environment
:MBA/CFA or equivalent designations
:Additional language, both written and spoken, an asset
:Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and coordinate teams of solution specialists around the globe keeping strong client focus
:Postgraduate or equivalent studies
