As a Manager you will provide professional and effective project management and consulting services to client organizations while developing and executing marketing strategies for sales opportunities to existing and new clients. You will take a leadership role creating and developing long term relationships with clients and in managing those relationships. Managers will provide assistance and direction to the project team members and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, according to client requirements and done so profitably.
Your specific responsibilities will include yzing and diagnosing client business issues then developing and recommending creative solutions. You will participate in business development presentations and in complex proposal development while demonstrating your selling and closing skills. You will assist in building consensus with client management and understand and communicate client expectations to the engagement team. Throughout engagements you will accept and manage complexity in projects and guide yourself and team members in dealing effectively with change barriers and project constraints. You will be expected to complete and participate in post implementation evaluations.
Specific tasks for this position are:
:Coach and develop existing team members in the Warehouse Management Systems field of expertise
:Take a lead role in business development activities
:Deliver related consulting services to organizations
:Work with a diverse team of highly talented consultants in a cross functional environment to deliver best:in:class IT and Business Consulting services
:Create and develop long:term relationships at a senior customer level (CIO, CEO and senior VP)
:Strong knowledge in leveraging existing cross:functional delivery methodologies
:Structured approach to project management (budgeting, staffing, risk assessment and mitigation) to ensure complete customer satisfaction and project profitability
:Completed Master's degree related to Logistics or Operation Management.
:Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) is mandatory, language communication skills is a great asset
:Minimum 7 years of relevant Consulting experience in implementing one of the following Warehouse Management systems: Manhattan, Oracle Fusion Distributed Order Orchestration, SAP EWM, Acteos.
:Varied industry experience with emphasis on but not limited to Consumer Products, Retail, High Tech, Manufacturing and Industrial is ideal
:Someone who thrives in a fast:paced and fluid environment
:Canadian travel required, occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
