As a District Sales Manager,you will inspire a team of sales professionals ensuring the highest quality of sale and maintaining a best in class operational standard. Our dynamic sales model provides an exciting variety of categories from consumer electronics to wireless solutions for any customer.
:Promote an in:store culture that is focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive in:store customer experiences
:Guide your team towards achievement of these company goals by working closely with stores
:Partner with support teams to implement and execute strategies throughout your district, while remaining flexible to business needs and markets
:Implement human resources functions by providing training and coaching opportunities (selling skills, product and operations knowledge), maintaining open communication, conducting performance and attendance management, and promoting corporate culture and values
:Responsible for ensuring every precaution/ measure is taken to protect company assets at all times
:Conduct regular store visits to provide support and guidance to retail associates. Make certain that all stores within the district meet established store operational and appearance standards.
Skills we're looking for.
:Proven ability to build and sustain a highly successful, cohesive sales team is critical
:Proven, effective coaching, leading and people development skills
:Exceptional skills in time management, organization, communication and strong leadership qualities
:Ability to read and manage budgets and P and L statements
:Minimum e to seven years' retail management experience preferably in the personal electronic and/or telecommunications industry with demonstrated and proven success stories
:Previous multi:unit retail management responsibilities are a definite asset
:Ability to travel within the district with regular frequency is required
