In your role, you will:
: Assign tasks/priorities and follow up on performance expectations.
: Take ownership of transactions for TA OSW NCR, VNCR, SNC, Linecheck
: Troubleshoot and advise on TA OSW technical and standard work matters. (ie: Issue SRS when required).
: Re:plan work to address disruptions
: Identify parts required for non:standard work and manage the supply to the line including production paperwork delivery.
: Monitor and address do entation, parts, processes, tools required for snags and BOI
: Leverage the AES system, use its tools, and positively influence BSC metrics.
: Escalate the problem if the magnitude or impact increases and his/her team has exhausted their resources.
: Ensure alignment of the day to day operations with standard work and business goals.
As our ideal candidate,
: You have previously demonstrated leadership skills and capability to manage a small group of employees
: You possess excellent project management skills
: You possess a solid understanding of the change management process
: You have a Degree/diploma in Engineering. A PMI/PMP certification is an asset
: You have a minimum of 8 to 10 years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry
: You have knowledge of the fabrication and assembly of aircraft parts
: You have strong written and verbal communication skills
: You have good knowledge of Microsoft Access and ICMS
