As a Senior Manager you will:
Be responsible for developing and leading Deloittes services within your focus area. This includes creating, developing and nourishing client relationships, coaching and mentoring Deloitte professionals, establishing and managing a portfolio of service offerings, and leading Deloittes engagements (projects).
This role has full life:cycle responsibility over the engagements, which includes responsibility for identifying opportunities, leading and winning pursuits, client satisfaction, team performance, quality of our deliverables and engagement financials.

:Execute a client service plan on complex engagements working closely with Partners

:Previous consulting experience : preferably with a recognized tier 1 consulting organization
:A proven track record in effectively building and managing a business or consulting practice
:A proven experience in business development
:Superior verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation skills
:Su problem solving skills and logical thinking ability
:Experience in any of the following key subject areas, with a demonstrated history delivering consulting services:
:Cloud and Infrastructure Services
:Digital Government/Open Government
:IT Portfolio, Program and Project Management
:IT Project Delivery (SDLC)
:Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
:Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, do entation, managing client expectations and team leadership
:Experience in managing a team, including coaching and performance counseling
:Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
:Post:Secondary education where an MBA is an asset. Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering etc.
:A professional designation (PMP, CMC) is an asset
