Reporting to the Supervisor, CSeries Commercial Aircraft Technical Publications, the writer for the publications related to Structural Repair will work closely with Engineering, Technical Support and Suppliers in order to define the standards and requirements to produce the maintenance data for the publications to be used by CSeries customers.
In your role, you will:
: Develop the program procedures do entation related to the production of the Aircraft Structural Repair Publication and Plan, perform and do ent on:aircraft / simulator procedural validations per departmental standards/guidelines, recommending and implementing best use of resources.
: Research, plan, write and revise technical maintenance, flight or operational data using engineering and approved data from multiple sources, while ensuring adherence to schedule;
: Coordinate with Suppliers in getting the deliverables delivered as with more than 95 quality and meeting the schedule.
: Define standards and requirements for creation and for distribution of maintenance do entation in electronic format as per S1000D.
: Identify, evaluate and define the action plans and schedules to minimize risks to completion of the publications according;
: Identify and implement processes and product improvements in line with the Strategic plan;
: Create and manage the schedule for Aircraft Structural Repair Publication for C Series aircraft.
: Working together with In:service engineering and Stress integration in yzing the stress reports and Repair data.
: Working closely with and In:service engineering and airworthiness group in completing the review and approval process for obtaining the approval from regulatory agencies for Aircraft Structural Repair Publication data modules.
: Develop mechanisms for monitoring supplier performance, schedule adherence and communications
: Identify root cause with suppliers on delays and establish recovery plans to align delivery dates with certification milestones.
: Responsible to create of the following three modules of Aircraft Structural Repair Publication for C Series aircraft.
: Structural Identification
: Allowable damage limits
: Prepare the Aircraft Structural Repair Publication in coordination with all the suppliers and Technical support for C Series aircraft to ensure positive customer experience.
: Ensure customer and operator requests and issues are yzed and satisfactorily responded to the originator;
: Coordinate and define publications book plan with internal and external suppliers;
As our ideal candidate,
: You have a good understanding of the change drivers and aircraft Configuration Management applicable to the SRP;
: You have an extensive understanding of Technical Publications processes and technologies;
: You must have a good understanding of ATA 100 system;
: You have an expert level understanding of the S1000D specifications;
: You have good knowledge of SGML and XML authoring languages;
: You must have a strong understanding of the Bombardier Engineering System and Design procedures;
: You are highly proficient with CATIA, ENOVIA and Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects...), SAP, Do en nd eRoom ;
: You have the knowledge and experience in Bombardier Customer Services area, an asset.
: You have extensive knowledge and experience in managing technical publication off:shore service providers, with in:depth understanding of work management processes and tools
