Bell's Human Resources group is looking for a dynamic and professional Executive Assistant to help support Bell leaders across the HR teams. Working closely with executives and directors, your organizational and administrative skills will be essential to managing the day to day activities of the VP HR and our leadership team.
You'll have a chance to build relationships across Human Resources, coordinate business activities and drive changes that will move the business forward, enabling our teams to deliver the best customer experience.
:Manage the agenda and related logistical information for the VP of Human Resources and director team
:Plan, organize and coordinate meetings, conference calls, events and any necessary logistics
:Assist with the preparation of briefing do ents for senior executives (ex. Excel, Word, Powerpoints, etc)
:Prepare reports and do ents for team members (ex. Excel and Powerpoint)
:Provide administrative support for VP and their director team
:Organize logistical needs for the department with internal/external suppliers and coordinate activities on the HR floor
:Support team with event coordination and delivery
:Lead small projects on behalf of the VP HR
:Complete invoice payments and expense accounts
:Perform HR transactions and forms related to internal movement
:Handle personnel:related issues
:Greet VP clients and coordinate entrance to Bell
:Manage general correspondence
:Degree in business, labour relations or equivalent
:Strong Microsoft knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
:Exceptional organizational skills, self motivation and ability to handle multiple demands by prioritizing effectively
:Excellent and written communication skills in both English and
:Effective decision making
:Ability to act with discretion and remain highly confidential
:Aptitude for interpersonal relations combined with an ability to interact with senior management and other members of the team in a professional and efficient manner
:Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, respect tight deadlines and manage stress under pressure
