Capital Tools Management team within the Support Field Services team is responsible of purchases planning and budget follow of capital tools for Bell Canada Field Services in Quebec, Ontario, West Canada and Atlantic. These centralized functions help to improve customer service while decreasing costs across Field Services.
:Issue Purchase orders according to Field Services capital tools budget planning and track deliveries
:Ensure data is do ented in data bases
:Create records in WEB application to manage capital tools inventory
:Create and submit different statistical reports and follow up based on database
:Use SAP efficiently
:Interface both internal customers and suppliers to address any issues
:Basic knowledge of SAP
:MS Excel intermediate
:MS Outlook basic
:MS Word basic
:Fluent in and English writing and speaking (bilingualism)
:Excellent communication skills writing and speaking
:Excellent time management
:Able to adjust to higher workload during the month an ear end
:Ready to accept responsibility, make quick decisions and work with dealines
Working conditions :
:Day schedule from Monday to Friday (schedule from 8 to 5)
:Available to work overtime when need (night, week:ends and holidays)
