The Support Field Services team is looking for a dynamic candidate to provide ytical support to Bells Field Operations teams. This opening is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in working in a challenging and high:profile environment.
The job requires an individual who is open to change, has strong business a en and is results:oriented. As such, the candidate must be able to manage change while working efficiently in a collaborative environment with different business units.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and following up multiple orders for projects in real estate/building maintenance and ensures timelines and budgets targets are met. The Associate will be called upon for extracting, processing, interpreting data in order to create and produce a large inventory of standard and ad hoc key reports for management team. Proactively identify and communicate unusual fluctuations. The role also involves working on different projects to improve process and reduce costs.
Job duties / accountabilities:
:Responsible to create orders for multiple real estate/building maintenance projects and follow development. Ensure timelines and budgets targets are met
:Communicate verbally or in writing with Field Services technicians and managers, as well as with any other parties involved.
:Produce large inventory of key reports. Scorecards, do ents to support organization, diverse ysis and YEE exercises
:Assist with certain quantitative statistical yses in order to identify opportunities to improve operating processes.
:Work with business continuity primes at each critical site to update plans and update when organizational changes occur
:Assist to the annual business continuity exercise and do ent, update the plan
:Assesses and participates in the development of requirement for diverse projects
:Supports real estate systems and applications at a user level
Critical qualifications / competencies:
:Good knowledge of Excel
:Knowledge of other MS Office Suite software (Word, PowerPoint)
:Strong communication skills (spoken and written) conducive to addressing an audience of managers
:Ability to manage deadlines and ensure effective project follow:up
:Flexibility to complete other tasks when required
:Monday to Friday with a work period between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
