In your role, you will:
: Assist the Directors and their respective teams in daily administrative functions; correspondence, mail, agendas, meetings and reports;
: Organize and maintain daily schedule and follow:up activities accordingly;
: Process expense reports in a timely manner;
: Plan and organize all logistics required for meetings, conferences, special events, visits, etc...;
: Book and coordinate travel arrangements;
: Keep up:to:date org charts and any other reports required;
As our ideal candidate,
: You have a minimum of e (5) years of relevant experience.
: You are fluent in English and Franch, written and .
: You must have a thorough knowledge of MS Office and Org Plus.
: You are well organized, professional and team:oriented. You work well in a fast:paced, customer:focused environment.
: You are dynamic and have a great deal of initiative and are able to work under pressure and with a minimum supervision.
: You have great time and priority management ability.
