Within the Human Capital core team of Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners, you will play a key role in the delivery of consulting services across industries in the areas of Talent and Leadership, Organization Transformation, HR Transformation, and ytics and Actuarial. Human Capital also includes the Managerial Design(tm) service line, which focuses on using a facilitated approach to help organizations enhance their business performance.
Our work environment is an apprenticeship program, with a steep learning curve. We have a feedback:oriented culture where you will experience strong mentoring relationships that support you as you pursue your own path to success. You will work on several client projects concurrently and have opportunities for client interaction, including working at client sites. There may be some travel involved.
As a Business yst with Human Capital:
Your typical day may include responsibilities that range from client interviews and workshops, yzing and synthesizing the results of your research, contributing to client reports and presentations, developing and updating new tools and methodologies, participating in the preparation of sales and project presentations to our clients, as well as participating in proposal work, recruitment, and other internal Deloitte initiatives. You will work with a highly skilled team to deliver projects related but not limited to:
:Organization design across all business units (e.g. IT, Finance, HR, Marketing etc.)
:Developing and executing strategies to address the key people issues associated with complex strategic change initiatives (e.g. corporate strategy implementations, new operating model implementations, managing the organizational and talent issues associated with mergers and integrations)
:Developing strategies to manage the people considerations associated with large scale technology implementations (e.g. ERP, CRM, HRMS)
:HR transformation including HR strategy, service delivery, process design, technology, and outsourcing advisory
:Talent and workforce management strategies (e.g. process redesign, workforce planning, HR cloud technologies, including Workday and SuccessFactors)

Successful candidates demonstrate an interest in the growing world of human capital and will have the following attributes:
:Graduating before September 2017 with an Undergraduate degree in Business: preference given to those that can demonstrate academic experience specific to human resources management or industrial relations
:An exemplary record of achievement in school both academically and in extracurricular activities
:Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
:Demonstrated experience and interest in facilitation (for the Managerial Design(tm) service line)
:Proven ytical skills with ability to tackle problems systematically to determine causes and produce effective solutions
:Strong technical proficiency in MS Office applications; specifically MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
:Situational sensitivity and self:awareness
