Sr. Financial yst, Enterprise Wireline and Services Revenue
An exciting opportunity exists to join as a Senior Finance yst in the EBU team. This position will work very closely with various teams to provide value:added ysis on Wireline and Services Revenue and act as a contact for initiatives that require data support. Ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker that looks at Financial and Business issues with a different perspective to highlight risks and opportunities.
The role will allow you the ability to impact change and have a front row seat in the Rogers Wireline Revenue world.
:Work as part of the Enterprise Revenue Management team in the financial review, ysis and commentary of Month:end results for revenue, cost of sales and key performance
:Develop, monitor and evaluate annual revenue, cost of sales and metric budgets on a National, Regional and Segment basis
:Prepare mid:month, quarterly and ad hoc revenue, cost of sales and metric forecasting
:Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue meetings with EBU leadership team and Sales leaders
:Monitor performance and proactively identify areas for action as trends and issues develop through the use of recurring reporting for products, customers, segments and region
:Ensure integrity of data in models and reports, while thinking about new and innovative ways to make existing reports more efficient and effective.
:Lead special projects / ad:hoc assignments as required
:Professional Accounting / Finance Designation (CPA) completed or current enrollment is preferred
:3:5 years of progressive financial experience.
:Excellent ytical, problem solving, planning and organizing skills.
:Minimum of 2 years' experience in budgeting and forecasting preferred.
:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
:Advanced skills in Excel and MS Access and knowledge of Essbase, Oracle EBiz and V21; SQL know:how preferred.
:Able to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations, adjusting easily to a change in job demands.
