As an Audit Manager you will:
:Provide value added consultative solutions to our clients on current business and financial conditions
:Manage the overall planning, pricing and execution of audit engagements
:Plan and lead teams while mentoring and coaching them to their highest potential
:Assist in the recruitment and training of junior practitioners
:Contribute to practice growth and development
:Completed undergraduate degree in economics, business administration, accounting or another relevant field
:A Master's degree in Public Accounting is an asset
:Must have CPA designation or equivalent
:Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally:
:Must have extensive knowledge of US GAAP reporting
:Must have working knowledge of IFRS
:Extensive experience working with publicly listed clients
:Must have experience in Sarbanes:Oxley accounting and reporting standards
:Minimum 5 years of auditing experience in the extractive industry
:Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, do entation, managing client expectations and team leadership
:Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
:Canadian travel required, occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
In addition, successful Audit Managers will have the following preferred background:
:Ability to communicate effectively in and/or Spanish
:Experience working with a professional services firm
:Experience working in mining industry
:Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
:Superior verbal and written communication skills
:Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Salary Range: 90,002.00 to 97,002.00 Canadian Dollars

:entitlement of 20 days of vacation annually;
