About our team
The Deloitte M and A Integration and Separation Advisory ('ISA') team provides critical advice to clients on the operational aspects of corporate transactions, helping them navigate their integration and separation challenges across the M and A deal cycle.
In this role, the M and A ISA team typically works with clients on a range of engagements across the M and A deal lifecycle, including operational due:diligence, synergy/ stand:alone cost assessments; Day:1 readiness; the design of integration or separation programs and planning; 100:day transition delivery.

The self:driven Manager with experience in dealing with the operational aspects of a transaction will be responsible for delivering outstanding outcomes for a range of local and overseas private equity and strategic clients.
As a Manager you will:
:Manage small client engagement teams (2:3 professionals) and engage with senior client representatives on a daily basis;
:Lead these teams in their functional scopes of work and drive the resolution of integration/ separation:related issues on a daily basis;
:Provide your technical and ytical expertise to guide the client team towards superior decisions based on 'irrefutable' facts and logically sound argumentation;
:Apply your excellent project management skills, including project management, problem:solving, and facilitation;
:Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas;
:Demonstrate a solid understanding of integrations, carve:outs, and other types of transaction engagements;
:Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings with clients to help sell work;
:Develop excellent relationships with senior leaders in the client organization and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the overall engagement;
:Actively perform and promote peer:reviews and other quality activities to continuously improve our quality and raise the bar
The successful candidates will have the following credentials or attributes:
:A graduate degree in business management and approximately 3 to 5 years of related work experience
