What is the opportunity?
In this role you will be responsible for reviewing the do ents for entering the auto loan and/or activate the Homeline Plan, to pay other RBC debts and to other financial institutions, as well as all activities related to the finalization of disbursement.
The work schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday, flexibility based on rotation between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Overtime required when necessary.

:Process the do ents for auto loans
:Process the do ents for mortgage and Homeline.
:Work effectively in a team environment
:Follow processes as outlined in policy, procedures, as well as standards and guidelines instructions
:Demonstrates a strong understanding of how actions affect clients
What do you need to succeed?
:Ability to fluently speak and write in both and English
:Strong background with the use of windows:based computer applications such as Word and Excel combined with accurate keyboarding skills
:Demonstrated ability to problem:solve through active listening
:Be well organized
:Maintaining a detail oriented approach while working in a high volume environment
:Strong communication skills and behaviors : both written and verbal
:Ability to work on tight timelines and high volumes of work
